- How is Zippa different?

- Do I qualify for a Zippa loan?
Below are our qualification questions before you start the application process. Please note that should you tick a box knowing it is incorrect that you will be rejected and a credit search will be carried out on your name which may result in you finding it more difficult to achieve credit elsewhere.

- How long does it take?
Your application will be processed within 2 hours of receiving within our office hours. Once your application has been accepted the money will be processed and in your bank the same working day. Please read our .
- Why haven’t I heard back with regards my application?
As soon as we have processed your application form you will receive an e-mail or a text message informing you of our decision. If you have not received this after 24 hours please check your e-mail inbox and spam folder. or call us on 0800 980 4410.
- Is there a cost to apply?
No there is no cost to submit an application and all out costs are upfront and included in your repayments…There are no hidden costs or fees.
- Are there any hidden charges?
There are zero hidden fees in any of our loans – We guarantee that you only pay back the amount you have agreed to upfront. Non payment of your account may involve us pursuing through the court for recovery which will result in you being responsible for the associated costs.
There are no fees for transferring the money into your bank account.
- Can I settle my loan early?
Yes – And if you pay a bit more each week or settle in a lump sum you may be entitled to an early settlement rebate.

- What if I have a bad credit rating?
We fully understand that in certain times we can all go through a difficult period and often through no fault of our own. All our decisions are made by people and we take all factors into account during the decision making process and we are often able to help people with a poor credit history. Zippa only offer loans to people who can show they are in a position to meet the repayments.

- What is continuous payment authority?
We believe this is the best way of making your loan repayments and involves you giving us permission to collect your repayments automatically from your debit card. It is simple to set up as all we need is your debit card details.
Should your payment decline for any reason there are no charges imposed by ourselves or your bank. We will attempt to collect your payment twice within a 24 hour period before we contact you.
All your repayments are agreed at the start of the loan and we guarantee there are no hidden costs or fees.

- How do I make a complaint?
Whilst we endeavour to make our customer’s experience excellent we want to know if we have got anything wrong. We take complaints seriously and work to resolve them quickly along with explaining the reasons for reaching our decision.
